The Ballot: Controversial DVD

Apparently 28 Million copies of a DVD about the threat of "Radical Islam" are being distributed in swing states this week. We actually received it in our paper in NC today. Not sure what the game is here, but I've scoured the web and there is almost no information out there about the film, the organization behind it, and how it's funded.

"According to reports in the Huffington Post, 28 million copies of the film are being delivered this week, and last Sunday, copies were included with the New York Times in several U.S. battleground states. The latest distribution, which comes less than two months before the election, would seemingly assist John McCain, who leads Barack Obama in polling on national security. // The Web sites also don't reveal the financial supporters for Clarion Fund or the movie's distribution.
